This it is a related point about what we commented at the beginning in which  the minors are involved at the time of taking place the separation of the parents. When the parents on a decided and voluntary way do not agree, the authority, through a PROCESS OF GUARD, RISING, EDUCATION AND REGULATION OF VISITS will decide this point. This process can be interposed by one of the ancestors who sees harmed the rights of the minor.
