Other pieces of art that can apply are: drawings, paintings, sculptures, engraving, printings and photography. The applied pieces of art are protected, as well, such as illustrations, maps, blueprints and those that have to do with topography and architecture.

Moral Rights:
These rights allow the author to demand that his name be recognized on all his creations; as well as the faculty to decide about the spreading and copy of his master pieces, in an exclusive way decided by the author.

Patrimonial Rights:
These rights guarantee the compensation (payment) for any creation and usage of the author’s master piece.
