At the light of the established by the Article 358 of the Code of the Family, “the Emancipation of the Minor, qualifies to the junior to govern himself / herself and his/her assets as an adult, with the limitations established by the law”. It is not a common subject, but it requires for a process before the Courts of Family and implies a series of requirements and evidence.
