Regarding the assets, after taking place the dissolution of the married bond, we must show that, with the entrance in use of the Code of the Family in the year of 1994, it was settled down that in case of not existing a PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT, the regime will be the one of PARTICIPATION OF THE PROFITS, from which a series of quantitative calculations is derived, related the volume and profits produced by the spouses throughout the marriage.
